Education and experience required including training, registration, and licensure. High school diploma or GED equivalent with a minimum of 3 years extensive experience utilizing information technology equipment and software.

1.

Provide technical support to users/clients regarding software and hardware applications by assessing needs and determining and implementing the best solution.

2.

Assist departments in determining and installing equipment and/or upgrade needs.

3.

Provide database maintenance and administration by making updates, repairs, and/or enhancements as needed.

4.

Perform general administrative duties such as answering customer inquiries, preparing office documents, and reports; and attending meetings.

5.

Create customer service and follow-up tracking reports.
