Job Purpose To provide supervision in the planning, developing, and maintaining of Permanent University Fund land, lease, well records, revenue activities, computer system analysis and development.
Education and experience required including training, registration, and licensure. Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field with a minimum of 7 years management experience.

1.

Develop and supervise employees which includes setting, providing feedback, and conducting performance evaluations.

2.

Organize and monitor the completion of projects.

3.

Review monthly revenue reports as needed for accuracy.

4.

Assess problems which may occur in the daily deposit and allocation of revenue or in the incorrect analysis of programming details; identify alternative solutions; and implement decisions.

5.

Supervise staff in records maintenance and entry and in system analysis and development.

6.

Set standards and monitor maintenance of all lease and well records files.
