SUMMARY
Purpose/Scope: Assists in the planning,
performance, and follow-up of component institution and System Administration
audits.
DUTIES
Essential
Functions:

Performs audits
including planning, field work, and report preparation.
·
Communicates and
coordinates audit status with senior auditor, managers and clients through
on-going phone calls, meetings, and correspondence.
·
Performs
administrative duties such as monitoring and reporting time utilization,
preparing travel vouchers, and participating in the interviewing process.
·
Assists in
reviews of financial reports.
·
Assists in
special projects such as cost studies, income tax and insurance matters.
Other
Functions:

Performs other duties
as assigned.
SUPERVISION
Received: Work is performed under direct supervision from immediate supervisor.
Provided: None.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor’s
degree in accounting, business administration or a field related to the nature
of
the
work.
Experience: No previous work experience required.
WORKING
CONDITIONS
Work is performed in an office environment. Uses personal computer and other standard
office equipment.
