Supervise and assist accounting personnel in the performance of general accounting duties. |

Analyze work load and determine work priority. |

Assign duties, oversee work progress and initiate accounting action necessary to carry out administrative instructions. |

Check purpose and coding of journal vouchers. |
5. |
Check bank deposit slips and vouchers for proper fund and signatures. |
6. |
Responsible for the design, execution, and effectiveness of a system of internal controls which provides reasonable assurance that operations are effective and efficient, assets are safeguarded, financial information is reliable, and applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures are followed. |
