1.

Maintain the payroll system by developing and implementing Personnel Action forms, setting payroll deadlines, and solving payroll-related problems.

2.

Maintain the operating budget for System Administration by preparing budget recommendation forms, system budget forms, and responding to departmental questions.

3.

Maintain the docket process by leading docket workshops; preparing and updating the docket manual; and counseling docket coordinators.

4.

Monitor the component operating budgets by editing, proofing, and reviewing budgets and participate in budget officer meetings.

5.

Monitor legislative appropriation requests by editing, proofing, and reviewing and reconciling report.

6.

Monitor requests for budget changes by answering questions and giving direction to component personnel.
