1.

Coordinate and execute the preparation of the annual operating budgets of the U. T. System.

2.

Provide administrative support, by making arrangements for meetings, seminars, and video-conferences, and preparing correspondence.

3.

Maintain the payroll process by proofing personnel action forms, communicate payroll changes to departments as necessary, and input into mainframe.

4.

Receive, record and post requests for budget changes.

5.

Provide skilled clerical assistance in preparation of agenda items for Board of Regents meetings.

6.

Maintain legislative appropriation requests by proofing, binding, copying, distributing, and filing.
