Interact with component development officers and business officers concerning proposed and existing endowments and planned gifts. |

Monitor bequests to assigned component institutions. |
3. |
Administer endowments and trusts held by others for assigned component institution. |

Administer trusts for assigned component institutions. |
5. |
Review proposed gifts for policy compliance, re-negotiating terms and executing summaries of approval. |
6. |
Mail charitable quarterly trust distributions. |
7. |
Maintain gift processing system. |
8. |
Provide administrative support for Department and Trust Officers. |
