Education and experience required including training, registration, and licensure. High school diploma or GED equivalent with a minimum of 1 year experience in secretarial or clerical functions, or data processing, or, in a programming related field.

Organizes, sorts, and analyzes computer printouts daily and maintains filing system.

2.

Types, edits, reviews documents, and prepares correspondence and reports as needed.

3.

Schedules meetings, distributes agendas, and prepares minutes.

4.

Provides clerical support to staff members as assigned.

5.

Answers telephones and takes messages or answers inquiries as needed.

6.

Conducts or assists in conducting training sessions.
