Create, remove network accounts, change network rights and group management, and install network printers and queue management. |

Perform daily monitoring checklist to determine network usage, disk space availability, and server error logs. |

Work with other network team members on installation, maintenance, and testing. |

Run monthly network reports as identified by management. |
5. |
Monitor industry sites and publications for needed patches, releases, viruses, and potential problem identification. |

Act as second level support for OIR support staff. |
7. |
Primary support for end-user network problems escalated to network team. |
