Job Purpose To provide management of the U.T. System Administration compensation program and provide support to the general benefits programs.
Education and experience required including training, registration, and licensure. Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years related experience, including a minimum of 3 years relevant supervisory experience.

1.

Manage the System-wide compensation and classification program.

2.

Formulate and interpret U.T. System Administration compensation related policies and coordinate implementation strategies.

3.

Develop and supervise activities for monitoring rules, regulations, and state and federal laws to insure compliance within the compensation and benefits functions.

4.

Prepare statistical reports and analyses related to the compensation function.

5.

Plan and conduct System-wide meetings, videoconferences, and seminars on benefits and compensation -related topics.

6.

Design and implement salary surveys.

7.

Administer the U.T. System Administration leave management program.

8.

Perform benefits activities as required.
