Manage the System-wide compensation and classification program. |

Formulate and interpret U.T. System Administration compensation related policies and coordinate implementation strategies. |

Develop and supervise activities for monitoring rules, regulations, and state and federal laws to insure compliance within the compensation and benefits functions. |

Prepare statistical reports and analyses related to the compensation function. |
5. |
Plan and conduct System-wide meetings, videoconferences, and seminars on benefits and compensation -related topics. |

Design and implement salary surveys. |
7. |
Administer the U.T. System Administration leave management program. |

Perform benefits activities as required. |
