Develop and conduct employee training workshops and seminars. |

Assist employees with human resources issues, inquiries, and policy interpretation. |

Complete and approve personnel action forms and status reports. |

Assist in monitoring rules, regulations, and state and federal laws to ensure compliance within the assigned area of responsibility. |
