Provide input in policy formulation and revisions related to areas of responsibility.

2.

Ensure compliance with federal and state guidelines, and other human resources activities.

3.

Develop and conduct employee training workshops and seminars.

4.

Assist employees with human resources issues, inquiries, and policy interpretation.

5.

Complete and approve personnel action forms and status reports.

6.

Assist in monitoring rules, regulations, and state and federal laws to ensure compliance within the assigned area of responsibility.
