Formulate successful recruitment strategies in order to develop well qualified and diverse applicant pools for exempt and non-exempt vacancies. |

Manage and supervise employees and perform annual performance evaluations. |

Develop, revise, review, interpret, and/or administer U. T. System employment policy and procedures. |

Assist in preparing federal and state equal employment opportunity statistical reports. |

Implement data collection, auditing, and reporting systems. |

Develop and supervise activities for monitoring rules, regulations, and state and federal laws to ensure compliance within the assigned area of responsibility. |

Perform related human resources functions as needed. |
