Resolve issues and appeals by explaining policies, procedures and plan designs to component benefit offices and employees. |

Research and resolve eligibility issues relating to plan participants and data received from benefits offices. |

Organize enrollment materials to be distributed to components and members. |
4. |
Conduct analysis of studies of insurance benefit programs; recommend solutions to problems; and assist in implementing approved solutions. |

Assist in preparing program guidelines, procedures, policies, rules and regulations. |
6. |
Analyze statistical data and financial information for generating routine reports. |
