1.

Resolve issues and appeals by explaining policies, procedures and plan designs to component benefit offices and employees.

2.

Research and resolve eligibility issues relating to plan participants and data received from benefits offices.

3.

Organize enrollment materials to be distributed to components and members.

4.

Conduct analysis of studies of insurance benefit programs; recommend solutions to problems; and assist in implementing approved solutions.

5.

Assist in preparing program guidelines, procedures, policies, rules and regulations.

6.

Analyze statistical data and financial information for generating routine reports.
