Manage the daily operation of the Workers Compensation Insurance office. |

Develop and supervise employees by providing training, setting goals, and conducting performance evaluations. |

Assist in the administration of the in-house WCI program and oversee the activities of the third-party audit company. |

Audit claims for compliance with state workers compensation rules and regulations. |
5. |
Represent the UT System in administrative hearings before the Texas Workers Compensation Commission. |

Provide training and resource guidance in WCI related issues to component institutions. |
7. |
Develop and supervise activities for monitoring rules, regulations, and state and federal laws to ensure compliance within the assigned area of responsibility. |
