1.

Prepare and manage WCI claims by preparing required Texas Worker’s Compensation Commission (TWCC) forms; updating computer with relevant information; analyzing documents for appropriate information; and calculating and submitting benefit payments.

2.

Provide administrative/clerical support to adjusters by answering the phone, making copies, distributing mail, and providing PC support..

3.

Provide customer service over the phone to claimants, TWCC officers, components, and providers.

4.

Assist in monitoring/updating the filing system.

5.

Prepare and complete TWCC forms and documentation.
