Prepare and manage WCI claims by preparing required Texas Workers Compensation Commission (TWCC) forms; updating computer with relevant information; analyzing documents for appropriate information; and calculating and submitting benefit payments. |

Provide administrative/clerical support to adjusters by answering the phone, making copies, distributing mail, and providing PC support.. |

Provide customer service over the phone to claimants, TWCC officers, components, and providers. |
4. |
Assist in monitoring/updating the filing system. |
5. |
Prepare and complete TWCC forms and documentation. |
