Maintain lease provisions compliance by receiving, processing, and entering into PC legal documents and decisions which changes the status of the lease. |

Complete the lease sale by creating computer records for lease and ownership, preparing the lease agreement and assembling materials for the official lease files. |

Maintain the working interest ownership records by reviewing, processing, and entering in the PC and lease file any transfer of ownership interests. |
4. |
Monitor the lease cessation by analyzing lease compliance, exceptions list and/or production records to determine cessation of lease. |
| 5. | Update records including royalty rate reduction, RRC number status, acreage and part description changes, ownership history, and remarks. |
| 6. | Maintain well records and document control records by analyzing weekly well activity updates. |
| 7. | Assist in computer rewrites and updates. |
