Annual Enrollment 2008

Annual Enrollment for the 2008-2009 benefit year began on July 1, and ends on July 31, 2008.  During this time you may change your group insurance benefit elections and add or remove dependents from coverage.  The elections you make will become effective on September 1, 2008 or upon approval of Evidence of Insurability, if required.

There are no Plan or Premium Rate Changes for the 2008-2009 Plan Year.
