Qualified applicants must apply online using the UT System Online Application (a UT EID required). Additional information may be required to complete your application – read the entire job announcement and instructions for any information or materials that may be required to complete the application process.

How to Apply:

  1. If you have not done so, create or find your UT Electronic ID (UT EID) and password
  2. Log on to the UT System Online Application using your UT EID and password
  3. Complete all 4 sections of your application:
    • Personal Information - Who are you? How can we reach you?
    • Confidential Information - 5 simple, legally-required questions
    • Conviction Information - All positions at The University of Texas System Administration are security sensitive and a background check will be conducted on all new applicants hired.
    • Resume - Free form space (create or copy and paste your existing resume)
  4. Apply for a Specific Job - Enter the job number and receive the job qualifications. As soon as you certify that you are qualified, you will immediately receive confirmation of your submission and information about any additional materials requested by the hiring department.

Additional Features of Your Online Application:

    1. You can see a list of jobs for which you have applied by clicking on the "Job Matches" link.
    2. You can view and/or print a copy of your application by using the "View/Print" link.
