Application Process

 

The University of Texas System Administration recruits qualified applicants to fill all vacancies. Minimum education, skills and experience requirements are indicated on the job announcement for each vacancy. Qualified applicants must utilize the UT System Online Application to submit their credentials (EID required). Please be aware that additional information may be required.

How to apply:

  1. If you have not done so, create your UT Electronic ID (UT EID) and password
  2. Log on to the UT System Online Application using your UT EID and password
  3. Complete all 4 sections of your application:
    • Personal Information - Who are you? How can we reach you?
    • Confidential Information - 5 simple, legally-required questions
    • Conviction Information - All positions at The University of Texas System Administration are security sensitive and a background check will be conducted on all new applicants hired.
    • Resume - Free form space (fastest to copy and paste your existing resume)
  4. Apply for a Specific Job - enter the job number and receive the job qualifications. As soon as you certify that you are qualified, you will immediately receive confirmation of your submission and any additional materials requested by the hiring department.

Additional Features of your Online Application:

    1. You can see a list of jobs for which you have applied by clicking on the "Job Matches" link.
    2. You can view and/or print a copy of your application by using the "View/Print" link.
