Inclement Weather

Notice of official closing of System Administration offices due to inclement weather will be sent through the following three channels:

  1. Via voice mail to employees who have an Audix mailbox,
  2. Via the bulletin Board.  Employees who do not have access to Audix should call 499-4445 to access the bulletin board, and
  3. An official notice will be placed on the News page (http://www.utsystem.edu/news/)

Audix subscribers are encouraged to log in to their Audix mailboxes, since only one caller at a time can access the bulletin board, while eight subscribers can access Audix simultaneously.

Official notification of closure of our offices will be sent only through these three channels.  Announcements concerning closure of U. T. Austin do not apply to U. T. System Administration.  Please be sure to check these sources when we experience inclement weather.  The broadcast message will be updated as necessary.
