Maintaining Your Current Personal Information

Employees are responsible for providing and maintaining current personal information for their UT System personnel file.  To enter, review or change personal biographical information:

1) Go to UT4U http://www.utsystem.edu/ut4u/; My Records is located on the far left side of the page.

2) Under My Records, click on “Biographical Information,” log in using your UT EID , and then to complete each heading in that section (Personal Info, Addresses & Email, Telephone Numbers, Emergency Contacts, Education, Teaching Experience, and Veteran Status). 

3) Provide the information requested in each section and be sure to click on “Save Changes” at the bottom of each page before exiting that section.

Required Acknowledgment of the UT System Administration Ethics-Related Materials

Information regarding The University of Texas System’s Regents Rules, policies and procedures, and other guidelines on ethics is located at http://www.utsystem.edu/ogc/ethics/homepage.htm. Each employee of UT System must, as a condition of employment, review and acknowledge the Ethics Statement conflicts of interest policy and the other documents listed at the following link as soon as possible after beginning work at UT System: https://utdirect.utexas.edu/pnethc/pn_ethics.wbx.
