Employees are responsible for providing and maintaining current personal information for their UT System personnel file. To enter, review or change personal biographical information:

Under My Records, click on “Biographical Information,” log in using your UT EID , and then to complete each heading in that section (Personal Info, Addresses & Email, Telephone Numbers, Emergency Contacts, Education, Teaching Experience, and Veteran Status).

Provide the information requested in each section and be sure to click on “Save Changes” at the bottom of each page before exiting that section.
