  Class Description:  
  As a team, common threads help us relate to each other more easily.  But what is unique about each of us also adds to the team and makes it better and stronger than if we were all exactly alike.  The professional development class, Cultural Leadership, takes the perspective that each employee, regardless of race or gender, is unique and can make a singular, irreplaceable contribution – as long as that uniqueness is sought out and celebrated.
  Format:  
  Guided by an instructor from UT System, the class is a 3 hour workshop.  The program will be held in the ASH 2 Conference Room from1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
  Cost: $10.00 per participant, based on a minimum of 9
