If the issue cannot be resolved at the department level, the hazard shall be reported and documented by the Department Safety Liaison (DSL) using Service Order System (SOS).
The Environmental Health & Safety section will perform an analysis of the hazard and develop and implement controls, if applicable, to enhance safety and reduce risk to an acceptable level.
