- Surplus equipment preparation, notification and verification
Assists WCI with:
- General telephone inquiries and claim verification
- Daily EDI error reconciliation

- Maintains, supports, develops and implements new functionality for The University of Texas System (UT System) Professional Liability Insurance (PLI) system, PLANet-a multi-function application used by UT System Institutions for managing PLI enrollment, reporting, and billing as well as Risk Education programs
- Provides reporting and application support to Risk Accounting, Risk Finance, and Risk Control areas including Actuarial reporting, security maintenance, and PLI transaction processing
