Risk Management Executive Committee

Purpose

The purpose and responsibility for the Risk Management Executive Committee (the Committee) is to provide executive oversight and advice for the management, development and implementation of the risk management programs for the University of Texas System.

The Committee is comprised of the following Executive Officers:

• Dr. Scott C. Kelley, Chair, Executive Vice Chancellor for Business Affairs
• Dr. Kenneth I. Shine, Chancellor ad interim, Executive Vice Chancellor for Health Affairs
• Dr. David B. Prior, Executive Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs
• Barry D. Burgdorf, JD, Vice Chancellor and General Counsel
• Tonya Moten Brown, JD, Vice Chancellor for Administration

Support

The Committee will be supported by the Director of Risk Management and other System Administration offices including but not limited to:

• The Office of Risk Management
• The Office of the Controller
• The Office of Finance
