System Records Coordinators

 

The UT System Records Coordinators have many responsibilities to the UT System Records and Information Management Program.  The links that are provided under Resources and Tools (at the right) are intended to assist and support this function.  The List of Coordinators, as well as the Organization Role Chart gives you up-to-date information about your colleagues in Records Management positions.  The Policy link takes you to the specific UTS1115 Policy, Records and Information Management and Retention Policy. The Guidelines provide more of a “how to” view, related to a variety of Records Management areas.  There is a wealth of information in this document. Inactive Records Center links to information that tells you when and how to use these facilities.  Disposition and Destruction of Records gives you the procedures for those processes, including links to the forms that you need.  The Vital Records/Disaster Planning link gives takes you to information so that you can determine what your vital records are, and what to do in the case of a Disaster.  Finally, the Presentations link takes you to the archives of presentations that have been given on Records Management, primarily from Coordinator Meetings.  From time to time other presentations may be added as well.
