Meeting Services encompasses the technology involved to produce a meeting whether at a physical location or electronically via videoconference or the web. Meeting services at first glance is an internal service with internal customers. However, the services we provide to those internal customers results in their reflection of UT System to their constituents including internal departments, institutions, partners, vendors and the public.
The technology used to produce a meeting whether physical or electronic, should be easy to use and not distracting to the presenter or the participants. The more invisible the technology, the better we’ve done our jobs. View more about meeting services.
