2011 Chancellor's Trophy Pistol Match
Congratulations to the staff and instructors of the UT System Police Academy for achieving a 100% passing average on the TCLEOSE licensing exam!
Every cadet who has taken the exam for the last three years passed it, which is an extraordinary achievement in law enforcement education. Police Academy staff: Inspector Dan Raff, Academy Coordinator; Inspector Glen Koen, Assistant Academy Coordinator and Inspector David Ferrero. Graduating cadets of the 91st Police Academy are: Javier Barrera, UT Houston PD; Jorge Cuellar, UT Permian Basin PD; Ruth Jasso, UT Austin PD; David Justice, UT Houston PD; Veronica Rangel, UT San Antonio PD; Adam Snowden, UT Houston PD and Adan Zavala, UT Austin PD.
Congratulations also to Assistant Director Mike Tacker on his graduation from the FBI's National Academy! The FBI National Academy, in operation since 1935, is a by invitation only, 10 week professional course of study with participants from the U.S. and International partner nations.
