- Use the templates provided below to draft your announcement.
- Select the appropriate email groups to receive your announcement. For example, consider whether your announcement should go to department heads, to all employees, or the Executive Officers.
- Copy the Policy Office when sending your announcement.

New Policy Announcement Example
INT158, Cost Sharing Policy, is now available on the web in the UT System Policy Library at http://www.utsystem.edu/policy/policies/int158.html. This policy provides requirements, guidelines, and procedure for monitoring, tracking, and reporting cost sharing to sponsoring agencies for all sponsored programs, federal, state, and private, at UT System Administration. This includes the understanding of cost sharing commitments and determining when cost sharing is appropriate and allowable.
