Compliance: There may be instances when you suspect that a System Administration employee's conduct is not in compliance with applicable laws, rules, regulations, or policies. To report suspected compliance violations of any kind, including violations related to the ethics policy, financial reporting, internal accounting controls, or audit matters, please go to the Compliance Hotline page.

Our mission includes facilitating the development, maintenance, review, and approval of UT System Administration internal policies, as well as policies that are applicable across the UT System. Another important aspect of our mission is to organize and provide ready access to all current, system-wide policies and all System Administration internal policies. Our Policy Library is the official repository of these policies.
The UT System Administration Policy Office acts as the liaison between the Sponsoring Office and the various groups that participate in the Policy Development Processes. The Policy Office:
- Facilitates the UT System Administration Policy Development Processes and compliance with INT155, Formulation and Adoption of UT System Administration Policies;
- Indexes, archives, and maintains new and existing UT System Administration policies;
- Assists with policy formatting and editing;
- Maintains the Policy Office website;
- Provides training on the UT System Administration Policy Development Processes; and
- Facilitates the Review Process for existing policies, as established in INT155.
