To report suspected compliance violations of any kind, including violations related to the ethics policy, financial reporting, internal accounting controls, or audit matters, please go to the Compliance Hotline page.
Our mission includes facilitating the development, maintenance, review, and approval of UT System Administration internal policies, as well as policies that are applicable across the UT System. Another important aspect of our mission is to organize and provide ready access to all current, system-wide policies and all System Administration internal policies. Our Policy Library is the official repository of these policies.
The UT System Administration Policy Office acts as the liaison between the Sponsoring Office and the various groups that participate in the Policy Development Processes. The Policy Office:
- Facilitates the Policy Development Process as well as the Policy Review Process, and facilitates compliance with INT155, Formulation and Adoption of Policies by UT System Administration;
- Assists with policy formatting and editing;
- Provides training and support on the UT System Administration Policy Development Process;
- Indexes, archives and posts new and existing policies developed by UT System Administration to the Policy Library and the Policy Archive; and
- Maintains the Policy Office website
