Steps for Obtaining PAG Feedback:
- Identify the offices within UT System Administration that will be directly involved in implementation or enforcement of the policy in question. Typically, this will only include one or two offices.
- Contact the Policy Office. The Policy Office will determine the appropriate PAG representatives, based on the offices you’ve identified, and provide you with a link to a SharePoint workspace site for your policy.
- You may use the template below to send an email to your Policy Advisory Group members. Please customize the template for each PAG representative who will review and comment on your policy.
- Based on the feedback you receive, make any necessary revisions to your policy, and proceed with the Standard Policy Development Process.
Please contact the Policy Office at any point for assistance.
