The Google search bar on the Policy Office navigation menu allows you to do a full text search of the policies in the Policy Library. The full text search results will provide a list of links to the full text HTML and PDF versions of the policies.
Are you looking for a full UT System search or a search that combines Regents' Rules, System Administration Policies, and other policies?
Try searching the UT System search engine at the top of every page. It searches the entire UT System web site, and its results will include other policies and documents throughout the system in addition to the policies in our library.
Search Results Not Enough?
If have trouble searching the Policy Library using the Google Search tool, there are five other ways to search the Policy Library:
- Subject Index: The subject index has the policies arranged by subject headings and subheadings.
- Office Index: Policies are organized and cross-referenced by the System Administration offices involved in administration or enforcement of a policy.
- Policy Number Index: The policy number index is a list of all policies in the Policy Library arranged by number.
- Alphabetical Index: The alphabetical index is a list of all system-wide policies arranged alphabetically.
- Keyword Index: If you are having trouble picking the right keyword to search by, browse our keyword list, which will provide the same links as the keyword search engine.
LOOKING FOR AN OLD VERSION OF A POLICY?
The Disposition Table lists all policies by their previous designation (BPM number, Rule number, etc.), and it links the policy to its new number and location within the Policy Library.
Are we missing relevant keywords?
