Qualified individuals must utilize the UT System Online Application  to submit their application (UT EID required).

- If you have not done so, create your UT Electronic ID  (UT EID) and password.
- Login to the UT System Online Application  using your UT EID and password.
- Complete all 4 sections of your application:
- Personal Information
- Confidential Information
- Conviction Information
- Document Management
- Apply for a Specific Job
- Enter the 12-digit job number in the Apply Now section (located in the navigation menu on the left side of the screen). Click “Apply for job” and review the job qualifications. To be considered for a position, you must meet the required qualifications. Once you certify that you meet the required qualifications and complete your submission, you will immediately receive a confirmation email.
Additional Features of your Online Application:
- You may view a list of jobs for which you have applied by clicking on the "Jobs I Applied For" link located in the navigation menu on the left side.
- You may update your personal, confidential, and conviction information at any time.
- You may store up to 15 resumes and letters of interest each as well as 5 lists of references.
