The Board of Regents of The University of Texas System is pleased to announce that it is seeking offers for the purchase of the surface only of a tract of land containing approximately 58.115 acres in El Paso, El Paso County, Texas. The purpose of this announcement is to describe the property and to outline the process that will be followed.
Due to a high level of interest from multiple parties, the seller has decided to market the property by means of this request for offers to purchase the property following certain guidelines, procedures and deadlines.
