Teaching is the development of visions, collectively with a sense of passion to ensure opportunity, guidance and personal validation. Course-of-action is relevant to our vision, and intended to serve as a guide to achieve success. Opportunity provides an encouraging combination of circumstances, development and prospects that make available a chance to improve oneself. Guidance typically offers advice, direction and instruction, while influencing, cultivating and nourishing the ability to learn. Personal validation enables each student to feel significant, "they matter," while acknowledging their talents, interests and aspirations. Meaning, "We together can do this!"
