At the end of each day or a learning activity, I model and recommend to my trainees that they review the activity or day with three questions: 1) what did I/we learn today?; 2) what were we unsure of today or what needs improvement, and what is the solution?; and 3) what will I/we do differently or initiate tomorrow?
