There is no greater joy than seeing a former medical student or resident climb the academic ladder of success.
Education is the greatest force multiplier in history. We have an obligation to engage each learner with individualized attention focused on knowledge and skills of immediate applicability. We have an equal obligation to create curricula, courses and residency programs to perpetuate that teaching through faculty development and mentoring.
