Cert IconNew Invention Disclosure Form (IDF) - [ MS Word ]
The IDF alerts STTM to an invention and introduces the invention and the inventors to the office. This new IDF replaces the old form.

Standard Agreements

Cert IconPatent License Agreement (PLA)*
Before attempting to apply for a patent, the inventor must agree to certain terms with the university.

Cert IconOption Agreement*
Outlines the rights and terms of the Board of Regents and the inventor(s) associated with the invention's ownership.

Cert IconInter-Institutional Agreement*
Agreement between the inventing party and the University specifying the terms under which STTM will pursue a patent.

Cert IconConfidential Disclosure Agreement (CDA)*

 

Cert IconBiological Material Transfer Agreement (BMTA)*
Transfer of material between institutions for research purposes; specifies the terms under which the recipient must abide by in order to protect the interests of the provider.

Implementing letter
Specifies the provider, the recipient and the exact product to be transferred by the BMTA; finalizes the BMTA.
