Parking Info
Basic parking privileges during the conference period are included in your conference package for both overnight and commuting attendees.
Overnight guests – you will be asked at check-in if you parked a vehicle in their underground garage and given a parking card by the hotel staff.
Commuters – you will need to obtain a validated parking pass at the UT System Seminar Registration Desk each day. Commuters will not have in/out privileges, so please plan accordingly.
