IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENTS

• 10/2/08: The deadline to submit your application was October 1, 2008. You can no longer submit your application for the 2009 admission year.

• Do NOT mail in your Certification Page, application fee and photos until you have submitted your application. We will return these items if received before your application is submitted.

• 8/4/08: Transcripts submitted to TMDSAS cannot be more than one year old. For complete instructions on submitting transcripts, refer to the Application Instructions.

• As indicated in in the Application Instructions, you cannot use Mozilla Firefox to fill out our application. You must use Internet Explorer.
  
  
• Due to new building security policies, applicants can no longer drop off materials to TMDSAS in person. You must mail in all materials.
