This section of the TMDSAS website is designed to help advisors answer students' questions about the application process.

Reminders
Letters should be submitted to TMDSAS by October 1.
Remind students to update TMDSAS with any changes to:
- contact information
- planned MCAT, DAT, GRE test dates
- evaluators
- planned coursework
Students can make these changes by emailing tmdsas@utsystem.edu -they should include their full name, TMDSAS ID and the exact change that needs to be made.
Advisors Report
How to access the Advisor's Portal
To login to the new Advisor's Portal simply click the login button in the upper right-hand corner of this page.
This online service gives advisors a way to monitor their students through the application process.
To see school statuses for multiple applicants click on the [Master Report] link in the upper left-hand corner once you are logged in to the portal.
Need Access to the Advisor's Portal?
Don't have access? If you need to request access to the new portal, email Nicole Dubuque at ndubuque@utsystem.edu. Include your name, title, email address, school name and phone number in the email.
