If you do not already have a financial aid counselor who knows you and works with you, we have a special staff member waiting to help you: The financial aid Ombudsman. The campus financial aid Ombudsman is a specially trained professional who is familiar with financial aid availability and procedures and who can help you find the answers to your questions.
