How CardioFIT Austin is different:
Small group personal training
No high-intensity boot camps here. We offer individualized instruction focusing on proper form to deliver a good foundation to build strength, balance and flexibility.
No high-impact training
Whether you are 25 or 75, it’s not necessary to do high impact work to get results. If you have not exercised in awhile or have an injury, your trainer will work with you to modify each move and deliver a program that will fit your needs.
Small class sizes
CardioFIT Austin keeps each class between 6-14 people to ensure every client gets one-on-one attention. No huge classes here!
Heart Rate Monitoring
The trainers at CardioFIT Austin have studied the science behind getting results. It’s simply not necessary to push your body beyond its limits to achieve success. Clients use heart rate monitors to stay within their fat burning/lean muscle building zone for a full hour.
Body Fat Testing and Nutritional Coaching
Body fat testing is performed three times during each 90 day program. Nutritional coaching and daily food tracking to your coach help keep you accountable throughout the entire program.

**Any staff participating in the class will need to submit a Release Waiver and Indemnity Agreement to the Office of Facilities Management. This form can be found on the Facilities Management website under Workout Facility.
