HIPAA Policy 6.0: Relationships With Other Entities

System shall comply with the requirements set forth this Policy when dealing with the following entities: Business Associates, Carriers Providing Group Health Plan Coverage and recipients of Limited Data Sets.

This Policy 6 consists of the following Sections:

Section 6.1: Business Associates not Offices within the System Health Care Component Involving OEB PHI

Section 6.2: Contracts Involving PHI Entered into by System Offices that are Business Associates of OEB or other Covered Entities

Section 6.3: Carriers Providing Group Health Plan Coverage

Section 6.4: Agreements with Recipients of a Limited Data Set
