UT System to debut new learning platform at SXSWedu

AUSTIN – The University of Texas System’s Institute for Transformational Learning will introduce TEx – a groundbreaking new learning platform – at SXSWedu, which will take place in Austin, Texas March 9-12. TEx, which stands for Total Educational Experience, is an engaging, mobile-first learning environment developed to support competency-based initiatives across the UT System.

On Tuesday morning March 10, Marni Baker Stein, UT System chief innovation officer, will give an inside look at the process and design work around TEx. Later in the day, conference participants can meet the thought leaders and experts behind TEx and demo the technology at the UT System Competency-Based Learning Meet Up hosted with strategic mobile partner Robots and Pencils.
