As part of the Naval Ordnance Safety & Security Activity, Mr. Randall J. Cramer, PhD, supports the Navy in the Ordnance Environmental Support Office in Indian Head, Maryland. He participates in the Interagency Committee on Explosives (ICE) in Washington, DC, which is a forum of Federal departments and independent agencies that promote and facilitate information exchange regarding rulemaking and policies on the safety and security of ammunition, fireworks, explosives, and other high energy materials. Dr. Cramer also has the lead in the Navy's Explosive Safety Program for chemical laboratory explosives safety.
Randal Cramer earned a B.S. in Chemistry from Colorado State University, Fort Collins Colorado, as well as a M.S. and Ph.D. in Chemistry from University of Arizona, Tucson AZ.
