Welcome!

The University of Texas System Employee Advisory Council (EAC) is a selected representative advisory group that works with, and on behalf of, The University of Texas System. Each year the EAC meets with the Board of Regents to present information and make recommendations regarding issues of importance to the employees of UT System. EAC Bylaws

The mission of the EAC is to provide a forum for communicating ideas and information between employees, the Board of Regents, and the Executive Officers of UT System.  Subcommittees consider issues that staff propose to the EAC.

If you have an issue or concern of interest to UT System employees, please complete an Issue Proposal Form and email the completed form to Paige Buechley, Chair, Employee Advisory Council, pbuechley@utsystem.edu.
