Professional Development
UT System is committing professional development resources to enable the microcredential ecosystem within our institutions.
Micro-credentials within the University Ecosystem: A Primer Course, is being offered twice to UT faculty and staff over summer 2022. The goal of the course is to broaden the understanding of the use of micro-credentials within the higher-education ecosystem among the faculty and instructional design staff of the University of Texas System. Participants engage with each module via vignettes, interactives, practice questions, and surveys. Four live virtual sessions are included throughout the course where participants engage in small group and panel discussions with guest speakers.
