Chancellor's Centurions

Who We Are

Now in its second decade of service, the Chancellor’s Centurions program connects a diverse group of young alumni from all UT institutions with The University of Texas System to educate and inspire the next generation of leaders interested in promoting higher education and health care initiatives across the state.

Designed specifically for early and mid-career professionals who understand the value and profound impact of public higher education in Texas, Centurions represent some of the state’s top young professionals. This program provides a deep dive into the education and research missions of the UT System and UT institutions. Through direct engagement with the Chancellor, UT System leadership and other leaders during two annual meetings, typically one at a UT campus and one in Austin, plus other special events, Centurions are encouraged to share their unique perspectives and seek solutions to challenges that face higher education and health care to create a better tomorrow for all Texans. 

Becoming a Centurion is a great way to stay informed, network with like-minded peers, make a difference at UT institutions and their neighboring communities, and give back to the largest university system in Texas.
