A System Administration Blood Drive benefiting We Are Blood is scheduled for Thursday, Sept. 6, from 8:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the Bloodmobile on Colorado Street. Eligible donors should be in good health, at least 17 years old, and weigh at least 115 pounds (for whole blood donations) or 110 pounds (for platelet donations). Be sure to eat and drink plenty of water before arriving, and take a photo ID. Walk-ins are welcome or you can sign up in advance. For assistance, call 512.306.1231.
